"Our house search started in late of 2013. We left a message with Don McGrath to see a house in Allen. What a wonderful experience it has been from beginning to closing of our home in January 2014. Don has seen with us all the way through making sure we were happy with our home search and making sure we would be happy with the home we will be purchasing. Mr. McGrath is very professional and hard working and so easy to talk to. He really has a great sense of what you are looking for and always available when you call or email him. Things were a bit difficult since we were still living in Chicago, but Don has been so diligent in sending us available homes every day through email.
